When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are typically processed and dispatched on the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours for assistance.
Are Medik8 products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, Medik8 is 100% cruelty-free. The vast majority of our products are also vegan-friendly, with the exception of a few products containing ingredients like beeswax or lanolin.
How should I store my Vitamin C and Retinol products?
To maintain maximum potency, store your serums in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the lids are tightly sealed after every use to prevent oxidation.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
